License Grant

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ABillionLeads LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. ABillionLeads LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ABillionLeads LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ABillionLeads LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Term and Termination

This EULA shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this EULA by discontinuing your use of the Service. ABillionLeads LLC may terminate this EULA at any time, with or without notice.

Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and ABillionLeads LLC with respect to the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver of any breach of this EULA shall constitute a waiver of any other breach.
