To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ABillionLeads LLC, an ABillionLeads LLC employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm ABillionLeads LLC or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
To engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through the Service.
To use any robot, spider, or other automatic devices, processes, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Service.
To introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
To attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
To otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms.
5. Subscription and Payments
Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or ABillionLeads LLC cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting ABillionLeads LLC customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide ABillionLeads LLC with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize ABillionLeads LLC to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, ABillionLeads LLC will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
6. Data Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ABillionLeads LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ABillionLeads LLC.
8. Prohibited Activities
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
For any unlawful purpose.
To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

To submit false or misleading information.

To collect or track the personal information of others.
To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape.
For any obscene or immoral purpose.
To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
9. Termination of Use
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
